e-MasterTrade provides information services (further on - Services) on paid subscription basis with payment periodicity of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
Payment is executed with a credit card.
The prices for services are set in US dollars.
Any subscription with payment periodicity of 3, 6, and 12 months involves an appropriate discount.

In addition to long term subscription discounts, you also enjoy discount when subscribing to service packages. Service package subscription discount is 15% off the total cost of services included in package.
When paying for subscription with a credit card, the first payment is charged on the subscription day. Each subsequent payment is written off automatically on the subscription period expiration date. An amount required for paying for the following period, will be transferred from your credit card automatically.
Example: If you subscribed for services on March 25 with subscription period of 3 months, the second payment will be executed automatically on June 25, the third one on September 25, etc.

To pay your service subscription with a credit card, select Credit Card Payment item on Services Selection page. The credit card payment process is carried out by the service of PaySystems.com. If payment is successful, several minutes later you will receive an e-mail informing you that the services paid for are accessible in your personal office at the web-site.
The standard subscription period is one month and the general rule is that the money for the current subscription month are not reimbursable, while services are provided to the end of the current paid month without any right of suspension or cancellation.
You can refuse prolongation of your subscription for the next month within the current paid month, and the amount paid for the subsequent unused time will be reimbursed to you. If payments were made on a monthly basis, and the next month is paid for, the next month's amount will be reimbursed in full. In case of payment on a longer-term basis, reimbursement is made taking into consideration discounts for prepaid and actually used time, according to the following table:

Table comment. If payment, for example, was for 12 months (25% monthly tariff discount rate) and cancellation of services occurred during the 10-th month, it is considered that the User took full 6 months at 20% discount, then full 3 months at 15% discount, and one more month without any discount. The resulting difference between the amount paid and time actually used will be 7.2% of the amount paid.
You can inform us on your services subscription suspension by sending us a letter from your e-mail address, as specified by you in your contact information, to payment@e-mastertrade.com. The letter must contain the following data:
- Number of the services provision contract (login).
- List of subscription services to be suspended.
